The Panamanian airline, Copa Airlines, returned to Nicaragua on January 20, 2021, after a pause in commercial operations in the context of covid-19.

Flight CM 106, from Panama City, arrived at 11:41 a.m. at the Augusto C. Sandino International Airport, in the Nicaraguan capital.

During the months of January and February, the airline will maintain a weekly flight on Thursdays.

Copa joins Avianca and Conviasa, who resumed flights last September and December of 2020.
