Peña de la Cruz, Jinotega

To get to this beautiful viewpoint it is necessary to climb 936 steps that begin at the foot of the hill with a journey of at least 45 minutes, between trails and the magical contact of nature.

At the end of this walk the reward will be fascinating, since, at the top of this imposing place that stands more than 1,300 meters above sea level, you will have a panoramic view of Lake Apanás, the Dantalí – El Diablo Natural Reserve, as well as , a general and spectacular view of the city of mists.

Cerro Apante, Matagalpa

On Cerro Apante, a mountain range located southwest of Matagalpa, we also find one of these figures, which, due to its historical context and full of faith, makes it an attraction for visitors.

Throughout the trail to the top one can see three or four natural viewpoints, but the icing on the cake is at the end. A few steps uphill is the Peace Cross, its viewpoint towards Matagalpa and the mountains of other municipalities is gratifying. The name of this hill comes from the Matagalpa language and means “On the stones.” This nature reserve in Nicaragua at more than 1,400 meters above sea level remains almost virgin and little visited.

Peña del Tigre, León

Between the resorts of Las Peñitas and Poneloya, 20 kilometers southwest of that department, is the Peña del Tigre viewpoint, a place that makes everyone who cools off from the hot climate of the area enjoy.
